It’s been a fantastic start for the MG Cyberster after the EV was named ‘Best Sports Car’ at The British Motor Show.

The fully-electric roadster was only revealed earlier this year and has now picked up the prestigious title. Read on to find out why it stood out from the rest.

Exceptional performance

The MG Cyberster offers exhilarating, sporty performance while still being dedicated to efficiency. It comes with single or dual motors, with the dual motor GT model offering up to 503PS and 725Nm torque.

With multiple drive modes, the MG Cyberster allows you to tailor your driving experience. From Comfort mode – ideal for motorway cruising – to Sport or Supersport Mode for more of a thrill.

The GT Cyberster also comes with all-wheel drive giving you enhanced control at every twist and turn. Accelerating from 0-62mph in just 3.2 seconds, it’s currently the fastest-ever production car from the MG brand.

As an EV, the MG Cyberster is also incredibly efficient. Equipped with a 77kWh battery, it offers a range of up to 316 miles (WLTP). Thanks to rapid 150kW charging, it can be charged from 10-80% in just 38 minutes, allowing you to get back on the road.

Stand-out style

As a sportscar, everything about the MG Cyberster stands out. From its sporty silhouette with sleek lines and body contours, to unique scissor doors. Not just for looks, this design enhances aerodynamics for improved performance.

With distinctive LED headlights, you’ll enjoy top-class vision, while dynamic 19” or 20” alloy wheels complete the sporty look. On sunnier days, the fully electric hood can be lowered to make the most of those summer rays.

Inside, the MG Cyberster offers a modern set-up with a wraparound three-screen cockpit. Oozing with technology, features include Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard. Plus, an eight-speaker Bose audio system to do justice to your favourite tunes.
