Stephen Clark, Service Manager at Bristol Street Motors Newcastle Vauxhall, has been honoured with the prestigious Steve Gray Service Manager of the Year Award at the Vertu CEO Management Awards.

These awards recognise individuals who demonstrate exceptional performance and embody Vertu’s core values, highlighting only the most outstanding contributors within the company.

Stephen has delivered an exceptional performance across multiple fronts this year. Not only did he seamlessly manage the relocation of Newcastle Vauxhall but also achieved outstanding financial results.

In addition to his success in Newcastle, Stephen oversees the Carlisle Multi-Franchise operation, a key site that represents five franchises. His dedication and leadership have ensured success in every area under his management, making him a worthy recipient of this coveted award.

The award is named in memory of Steve Gray, Divisional Aftersales Director for the Vertu Nissan Renault division who recently passed away suddenly. Steve started with Bristol Street Motors in 1999 and was a hugely talented and committed colleague who was liked by everyone he met.

His can do attitude and big personality was reflected in the positive impact he had on his team and on the wider business. With his family’s permission, the Service Manager of the Year award as been renamed as the Steve Gray Service Manager of the Year Award. This will ensure that Steve’s memory lives on in the business well into the future
