Renault launches Clio giveaway with pop pin-up Rihanna

Renault is going all out in its bid to rule the supermini market by offering drivers the chance to win a free 61-plate Clio.

The French firm has already enticed drivers through showroom doors with the launch of a range of limited edition Clios.

However, a new promotion is sure to catch the imagination of a new generation of driving enthusiasts.

As well as being given the chance to win an £11,000 Renault Clio, the firm is offering people the chance to meet up with pop sensation Rihanna, star of Renault's current 'Va Va Voom' advertising campaign.

In order to be in with a chance of winning, participants simply need to take a new Clio out for a test drive and then redeem a scratchcard online.

"Va Va Voom prizes include an all-expenses paid trip for two to Dublin to see the global star live in concert, VIP tickets to one of her nine UK shows and Rihanna merchandise," the firm explained.

"Other dealer activity includes £200 off a new Renault Clio or Megane with Va Va Voom vouchers when, ordered by September 30th 2011."
