Renault Master facelift prices revealed

Renault has confirmed UK pricing and specification details for the panel and crew versions of its New Master van.

The facelifted vehicle will be priced from £21,120 for the basic panel van; £27,000 for the crew van; with the conversions range starting at £23,300.

The new Master features a more contemporary look, more equipment and more add-ons, plus two new Twin Turbo energy engines.

The range will feature five diesel engines, including 110bhp and 125bhp versions, plus three Energy units: the dCi 110, dCi 135 and dCi 165. The 135bhp and 165bhp variants offer up to 40.9mpg (combined).

An ECOmode button adjusts the engines torque and climate control settings to improve fuel consumption.

The New Master also comes in a choice of four lengths and three heights. There are panel van, crew cab, platform cab, chassis cab, tippers, dropside and box van variants, as well as front- and rear-wheel drive. There is also a choice of four GVW weights: 2800kg, 3300kg, 3500kg or 4500kg.

Two trim levels are available: Business and Business+. Business offers a height adjustable drivers seat; left side loading door (unglazed); adjustable steering wheel; electric front windows; spare wheel; deadlocking; plus 16 anchorage points (18 on long wheelbase); Hill Start Assist (HAS) and Grip Xtend, an advanced traction-control system. Theres also USB and Bluetooth technology.

Business+ includes air-conditioning, hands-free key, a pivoting seatback table, more storage and a wide view mirror, plus rear parking sensors.

The new Master is available in a choice of 10 body colours, including three metallic shades.

UK ordering is now open with first deliveries expected in September.
