SKODA has outscored all of its rivals to be named the UK's most dependable brand in the 2015 Vehicle Dependability Study by global market research company JD power.
Owners of vehicles registered between April 2012 and March 2014 were asked to report any problems with their cars, from serious breakdowns to troubles with in-car technology. From the answers received, it soon became clear that the Czech brand was the category leader, with every SKODA in the survey performing better than the industry average.
Alongside the JD Power Surveys findings, UK Consumer organisation Which? 20152016 Car Guide named the Superb and the Yeti as the most satisfying cars to own in the estate and SUV classes, achieving owner satisfaction ratings of 96 per cent and 93 per cent respectively.
Commenting on the JD Power survey results, Alasdair Stewart, Director at KODA UK commented: "This result perfectly illustrates KODA's passion for delivering quality and dependability. As this study shows, our build quality is the envy of the industry, and I'm delighted that this has been recognised. We're always striving to improve quality and reliability, and we hope that this will be repeated in future studies."
